How it works, step by step

First you try it with your website, without giving any details. If you like it, you start 15 days without paying anything that day, add it to your site with one line and, if you want, connect it to your WhatsApp.

From your website to your assistant

  1. Paste your website into the demo

    You type your website address and the assistant reads it: pages, policies, FAQs and whatever catalogue you publish. As soon as it has read the first pages, you can start asking. No account, email or card needed, and the demo deletes itself after 48 hours.

  2. Ask it like a customer

    Ask it the questions people ask you. If something isn't on your website, you'll see it says so instead of making it up.

  3. Start 15 days free

    From the demo itself you enter your email, accept the terms and go to the payment page. There you see that you pay €0 today, the exact date of the first charge and how to cancel, and you leave your card. The demo becomes your assistant, with everything it has already read.

  4. Your dashboard arrives by email

    With your dashboard key and the steps to add it to your website. From the dashboard you add documents, questions with answers and instructions.

  5. Add one line to your website

    You copy the line from your dashboard and paste it into your website. Below you'll find where it goes on each platform. A button in the dashboard checks whether it's in place.

  6. Connect WhatsApp, if you want

    A button that opens a chat with your number, or the AI answering your business number, set up by logging in with your Facebook account.

The 15-day trial, with dates

The 15 days count from the day after you start. Day 15 is the last free day, and the first charge, €29, is made at 00:00 (Madrid time) on day 16.

If you start on 1 October
Your last free day is 16 October.
First charge
€29 on 17 October at 00:00 (Madrid time). Then every month.
Reminders
We email you when you start, with those dates and the cancellation link, and again 7 days and 3 days before the charge.
If you cancel before then
You pay nothing. The assistant keeps working until your last free day.

Where the line goes on each platform

It's the same line for any website and it already carries your ID. Your dashboard shows you these steps with your line ready to copy.

Shopify
If you install it from the Shopify App Store, there's nothing to paste: in your theme editor, under “App embeds”, you switch Atendyo on. Otherwise, Online Store, Themes, Edit code: paste the line into theme.liquid, just before </body>.
WordPress and WooCommerce
With the free WPCode plugin (or Insert Headers and Footers), in its footer section.
PrestaShop
In the dashboard you choose “Own HTML / other” and paste the line into your theme's main template, just before </body>. No modules to install.
Wix
Settings, Custom Code: “Body - end” and “All pages”.
Squarespace
Settings, Advanced, Code Injection: in the “Footer” box.
Webflow
Project Settings, Custom Code: in “Footer Code”, then publish.
Custom-built website
Right before </body> on every page, or at the end of a shared JavaScript file.
