It learns from what you have already written

There are no flows to build and no answers to write one by one. You give it your information and it answers with it.

Your website: You paste the address and it reads the public pages: services, prices, policies, FAQs. Large websites take a few minutes. It re-reads them on its own every week, and you can ask it to read them again whenever you change something.
Your documents: Catalogues, price lists, spec sheets or policies in PDF, Word, Excel, TXT, CSV or HTML, up to 25 MB each.
Your answers: You write down a question your customers ask, with the right answer, and it will always know it.
Your catalogue: The products you publish on your website. If you have Shopify and connect it, it also checks live prices, stock and order status. It only gives order details after checking that the person asking is the one who placed the order.

If it doesn't know, it says so

Before a reply is sent, a second check compares it with your information.
When something isn't in what you gave it, it doesn't make it up: it says so and asks the customer for their name and email.
You get an email with the contact details and what they need, and it's also in your dashboard, under “Contacts”.
The question stays in “Unanswered questions”. You teach it the answer, with an AI draft if you like, and next time it knows.
There is no live chat today: you write to that customer yourself.

What it doesn't do

There is no live chat: when a customer wants to talk to a person, you get their contact details by email and write to them yourself.
It has no calendar and doesn't connect to your booking or appointment system: it collects the contact so you can confirm.
It doesn't send campaigns or WhatsApp messages on its own: it only replies.
