How to install it on WordPress

These are the same steps your dashboard gives you. Once, and it shows on every page.

  1. Install the free WPCode plugin

    Or “Insert Headers and Footers”. From Plugins › Add New.

  2. Open its footer section

    That is where code that loads on every page goes, right before the end.

  3. Paste your line and save

    The chat appears in your store. If you would rather not use plugins: Appearance › Theme File Editor, before </body>.

On your WhatsApp too

The same assistant answers your business WhatsApp number, with the same information about your store. From 1 October 2026, Meta charges separately for replies above 1,000 a month per number.

Do I need to install a chat plugin?

No. You paste one line of code into your website's footer, for example with the free WPCode plugin, and the chat appears on every page.

Does it read my WooCommerce catalogue?

Yes. It reads your products with their name, price and whether they are in stock, as your store publishes them, and rereads your website every week.

Does it see my customers' order status?

On WooCommerce, no: it only does that with connected Shopify stores. If a customer asks about their order, it explains your delivery times and passes you their contact.
