What it answers, and what it doesn't

It only answers with what your clinic publishes. If asked about anything else, it says it doesn't know and passes you the contact.

Treatments: What you do and what each treatment involves, as your website explains it.
Pricing: The ones you publish, and only those. If they aren't on your website, it gives no figures.
Opening hours and directions: Opening hours, address, parking and transport, if they are on your website.
Insurance and payments: Which insurers you work with and payment or financing options, if you publish them.
Appointments: It has no calendar: it takes the patient's email and what they need, and you get it by email.
Medical advice: It doesn't diagnose: it answers with what your clinic publishes and, if something isn't there, it says so.

Can it book appointments?

It doesn't connect to your calendar. When a patient wants an appointment, the assistant asks for their email and what they need, and the clinic gets it by email to call or write back.

Does it give medical advice?

It is built to answer only with what your clinic publishes: before a reply is sent, a second check compares it with that information. If something isn't on your website, it says so and takes the contact. In its instructions you can also tell it not to ask about symptoms or health data.
