How to install it on PrestaShop

In your dashboard, choose “HTML propio / otra” (own HTML / other): it gives you your line and the steps. You do it once and it shows on every page.

  1. Copy your line from the dashboard

    It is a <script> with your assistant's name.

  2. Paste it into your theme template

    Right before </body>, in the main template, so it loads on every page. If you would rather not touch the theme, use a module that adds code to every page.

  3. Save and check it

    Open your store: the chat appears in the corner. If you get stuck, write to us at comercial@flexigobe.com.

On your WhatsApp too

The same assistant answers your business WhatsApp number, with the same information about your store. From 1 October 2026, Meta charges separately for replies above 1,000 a month per number.

Questions about PrestaShop

Do I need to install a module?

No. You paste one line of code before </body> in your theme's main template. If you would rather not touch the theme, a module that adds code to every page also works.

Does it work with my PrestaShop version?

It reads your store the way a customer sees it, from the outside, so it doesn't depend on the version. The quickest way to check is to paste your website into the demo.

Does it see my customers' orders?

On PrestaShop, no: it only checks order status for connected Shopify stores. If a customer asks about theirs, it explains your delivery times and passes you their contact.
