You sign up with your name, your email and a password, and you add your website later, in the dashboard. You pay on our secure page, with Stripe, and every charge comes with an invoice by email (with your tax ID if you are a business). From the dashboard you change plan or card, or cancel, with one click. If you cancel, the assistant does not switch off: it goes back to the Free plan when the paid period ends.
What you don't pay for: setup, conversations, languages, lock-in or cancellation. What is separate: whatever Meta charges for your WhatsApp replies above the free ones, which Meta bills directly to your WhatsApp Business account.
Using Shopify?
If you install Atendyo from the Shopify App Store, you get a Free plan for your store and the Standard plan. There, Shopify bills you in US dollars on your Shopify invoice. On this website you pay in euros, VAT included.

What Meta charges for WhatsApp
From 1 October 2026, Meta charges per message for WhatsApp replies. Meta bills your WhatsApp Business account, not Atendyo: our price does not change.

How much does an AI chatbot for a website cost?
It depends on how each provider charges: per conversation, per outcome, with credits or with a flat price. Atendyo has a Free plan for your website, with up to 50 conversations a month, and two paid plans with the website and WhatsApp included and no conversation meter: €29 a month or €300 a year, including VAT. On this page you have what the others cost, with the source of each price.
How much is a WhatsApp chatbot?
With Atendyo, WhatsApp comes with the paid plans: €29 a month or €300 a year, including VAT and with the website included. Separately, from 1 October 2026 Meta charges for WhatsApp replies above 1,000 a month per number; in Spain, $0.02 per message on its dollar rate card, to the card you add in your Meta account.
Which chatbot is free?
Some have a free plan with limits: Tidio, for example, gives away the first 50 AI conversations, according to its pricing page. So does Atendyo: its Free plan answers up to 50 conversations a month on your website, with no card and no end date, and for Shopify stores there is the Free plan in the Shopify App Store, also with 50 conversations a month.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes: €29 a month or €300 a year is what you pay, VAT included. Every charge comes with an invoice by email and, if you are a business, it shows your tax ID.
How does the annual plan work?
You pay €300 a year, VAT included, which works out at €25 a month: €48 less than twelve months of monthly. It renews automatically every year, and we email you 30 days and 7 days before, with the amount, the date and the link to cancel.
Is there a lock-in or a cancellation fee?
No. You cancel from your dashboard with one click, and the plan stays active until the end of the month or year you have already paid for. After that you are not charged again and the assistant moves to the Free plan.
