What Meta charges for WhatsApp
From 1 October 2026, Meta charges per message for WhatsApp replies. Meta bills your WhatsApp Business account, not Atendyo: our €29 does not change.

How much does an AI chatbot for a website cost?
It depends on how each provider charges: per conversation, per outcome, with credits or with a flat price. Atendyo costs €29 a month including VAT, with the website and WhatsApp included and no conversation meter. This page shows what the others cost, with the source of every price.
How much is a WhatsApp chatbot?
With Atendyo, the same: €29 a month including VAT, with the website included. Separately, from 1 October 2026 Meta charges for WhatsApp replies above 1,000 a month per number; in Spain, $0.02 per message on its US dollar rate card.
Which chatbot is free?
Some have a free plan with limits: Tidio, for example, gives away the first 50 AI conversations, according to its pricing page. Atendyo has no free plan: the demo with your website is free with no sign-up, and the 15-day trial starts at €0 today.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes: €29 is what you pay, VAT included. If you are a business, the invoice carries your tax ID.
Is there a lock-in or a cancellation fee?
